Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Ensure the gifts to be included on the report are of the following types:
    • Cash
    • Pay-Cash
    • MG Pay-Cash
    • Recurring Gift Pay-Cash
    • Stock/Property (Sold)
    • Pay Stock/Property (Sold)
    • MG Stock/Property (Sold)
  2. If the missing gift is an unsold Stock/Property gift, sell the stock gift.
  3. Use a Gift query rather than a Constituent query to ensure the gifts themselves (rather than the constituent's record) are correctly included.
  4. Add the Appeal to the Filters tab of the report.
