Review the record to locate which field the value is in. Either change the value to another value or make the table entry active again in Configuration, Tables.
 
  1. Go to Configuration
  2. Click Tables
  3. Go to File, Preview
  4. Choose Code Table Report
  5. Mark the box to 'Include inactive table entries'
  6. Click Preview
  7. Within the document, search for the specific table entry by using the search bar with the binoculars
  8. Run this for Admissions Office, Registrar's Office, and Student Billing



To prevent the error in the future, if the value is left as Inactive, ensure that no default sets are being used with the inactive table entry and that no User Options are set to use the value as a default.
