1. Create a gift query.
  2. On the Criteria tab, select:
    Gift Information, Gift Date between [the date range for the summary]
    AND Tribute Gift equals Yes
  3. On the Output tab, select:
    Gift Information, Gift Amount
    Tribute, Honor/Memorial Name
  4. Save and close the query.
  5. Create a pivot report based on the query created in steps 1 through 4.
  6. Place the Honor/Memorial Name field in the Rows area.
  7. Place the Total Gift Amount into the Data area.

OR

  1. Run the Honor/Memorial Gift Report with the Create output query checkbox marked on the General tab.
  2. Create a constituent export in Excel format based on the query created in step 1.
  3. On the Output tab, select:
    Biographical, Name
    Tribute, Summary for Tribute Gifts, Total Gift amount
  4. Click Export Now to create the export file.
  5. In Excel, open the export file and print.
