None Scheduled appears instead of classes on Home Page in FAWeb

When logging into FAWeb, the user will be taken to a home page that displays that teacher's classes for the current term.  However, if no classes are scheduled for the current term or if this user does not have the appropriate rights, they will see "None Scheduled" instead. Teacher may assume that there class is missing from scheduling, but that may not be the case.

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.

Note:  If the user is unable to view classes in any academic year or session:
Verify the user has the appropriate rights and the correct record has been selected in the user profile

If the Gradebook and Attendance tabs are not showing on the menu bar, verify the appropriate academic years and/or marking columns have been activated in FAWeb

If the user is able to view classes in the current academic year or session but sees None Scheduled for future academic years, sessions, or terms:
The classes that appear on the homepage are those that have a current term in progress as of today’s date.  If today's date does not fall with a current academic year, session or term, you will see None Scheduled.

To access a gradebook or attendance for a future academic year, session, or term:
