• Open the report card or transcript parameters

    • Select the Details tab

    • Highlight Courses and click Open

    • Select the Columns tab

    • Under Width for each column, enter the appropriate width

    • Click OK

All columns specified in the Course Details, other than marking columns, affect the width of the GPA header. Marking column columns are not included as part of the header because they are designed to break up the headers. So, the course columns that you place before the marking columns will total the GPA Header Width. Then, the course columns that you place after the marking columns will not affect the GPA Header Width.

For example, if I have a Course Details section with the following Column order:

      • Course Name = 1.000

      • Course Desc = 0.500

      • Total Credits = 0.500

      • QT1 = 0.500

      • QT2 = 0.500

      • The GPA Heading on the Columns tab for GPA is 2.000 (including course name, course desc, total credits).

If I have a Course Details section with the following Column order:

        • Course Name = 1.000

        • QT1 = 0.500

        • QT2 = 0.500

        • Course Desc = 0.500

        • Total Credits = 0.500

        • The GPA Heading on the Columns tab for GPA is 1.000
