To utilize full integration features such as sending outlook reminders requires that the user have a local Outlook Exchange server and Outlook account for the purposes of enabling full Outlook Integration (Outlook Anywhere) which is also known as RPC over HTTPS. Please see the Hosting Outlook Integration Guide to enable this style of integration.

If the user uses another email software such as GroupWise®, or the user does not access email via a local email server from within their local area network, then the only Outlook integration option available partial SMTP Relay which allows only for the sending of outgoing emails and does not include any of the more advanced integration features including sending of action reminders to specific Outlook Calendars as reminders. Please see the Hosting Outlook Integration Guide to enable this style of integration.
