If this occurs for all users:


Locate the horizontal scroll bar just below the list of marking columns and use it to scroll to the right.


If the Marking Column is not selected in the filters:
 

     
    • Select the icon to the right of Marking Column: Multiple (hand holding piece of paper)
       
    • Mark the applicable marking column.
       
    • Click OK. The marking column will appear.
       

    If this only occurs for one user:
    To determine if the issue is related to a corrupt login, add a new Faculty Access user name with the same security rights as the problem user in the Financial Edge or the Education Edge:
       
      • On the Administration page, click Set up system security
         
      • From the list of Users on the left, double-click the user to edit
         
      • Change the User name to a generic name, such as Test1
         
      • Select the Online Security tab
         
      • In the list on the left, select Faculty Access for the Web
         
      • Delete the teacher's name from the Faculty/staff record to
        link to field
         
      • Unmark the Faculty Access for the Web checkbox on the left
         
      • Click Save and close on the action bar
         
      • Click New User on the action bar
         
      • On the New User screen, enter a unique user name and the same description and password as the original user
         
      • In the User Type field, as appropriate, select User can access only online modules or User can access The Education Edge and online modules
         
      • Assign the user to the Faculty Access for the Web user group
         
      • Select the Online Security tab
         
      • In the list on the left, mark the Faculty Access for the Web checkbox
         
      • In the Faculty/staff record to link to field, search for and select the teacher's name
         
      • Assign other rights as appropriate
         
      • Click Save and close on the action bar
         
      • Log into Faculty Access for the Web with the individual's new user name and confirm the issue is resolved. If so, delete the problem user name.
