1. Select Tools > Options (User Options for The Raiser's Edge 7)
  2. Select the Reports tab
  3. Select to print in landscape or portrait based on the report or the print setup:
    • When the As defined for the Report checkbox is marked the report will print based on the selection on the Format tab.
    • When the As defined in Print Setup checkbox is marked the report will print based on the Print Setup.
  4. Click OK
For Custom Reports:
  1. Select Reports > Custom Reports
  2. Select the report experiencing the issue and click Delete
  3. Re-add the custom report
If the above steps do not correct the issue:
  1. Open the report in the Crystal Reports application
  2. Go to File > Page Setup
  3. Change the orientation from portrait to landscape
  4. Click OK
  5. Go to File>Print Setup
  6. Change the orientation from portrait to landscape
  7. Click OK
  8. Save the report and close out of the Crystal Reports application
