The General Ledger Audit Report provides a list of gifts posted to General Ledger then deleted. The report includes the name of the constituent, gift type, gift date, and fund name. Audit information also includes current and future pledge amounts and stock gains or losses. The exact data included depends on your parameter tab settings.

Follow these steps to run the report:

  1. In Reports, select Financial Reports, General Ledger Audit Report
  2. Click New
  3. Select each tab and enter the appropriate information
  4. Click Print or Preview to run the report
