You may want to import actions for students. By using actions, you can assign specific tasks to users to be completed on behalf of the students.
When importing actions, make sure the required fields are listed in this order in your import file. If creating an import file from the import screen, highlight the Action for import ID field in the Fields tab and use the up and down buttons to move this field to the top of the list.
Action for import ID = Student Import ID number Action type = Action Type Start date = Start Date for the Action Action for ID = Student ID number Action for record type = Record Type (Applicant or Student)
