To create an anchor to link to:
  1. Highlight an area of the text you would like to jump to.
  2. Go to the Insert tab and click the Anchor button.
  3. Give your anchor a name, then click Insert
To create a link to an anchor:
  1. Highlight the text you would like to link.
  2. Go to the Insert tab and click the Link button.
  3. Mark the option for "Create link to an anchor in this document".
  4. Select your anchor from the Anchor drop-down.
  5. Click the Insert button.
Anchor links can only be created within a Formatted Text and Images part using the "create link to an anchor".  To create an anchor link between two different formatted text and image parts.
  1. Log into the Blackbaud Netcommunity 
  2. Edit the formatted text and image part where you want the anchor tag to send some one too
  3. Highlight the text to anchor to 
  4.  Click Insert > Anchor 
  5. Name the anchor tag 
  6. Click OK
  7. Click Save
  8. Open the formatted text and image part where you want the link to go that will send users to the anchor tag 
  9. Highlight the text to use as the link 
  10. Click Insert > link 
  11. Select create other type of link
  12. Click the dropdown next to "create other type of link" and select "other"
  13. Enter a "#" into the text area followed by the name of the anchor tag you created in step 5.  An example would look like:  #anchorLink
  14. Click Save
