Insert the Date/Time field in the header of the first letter in the conditional letters table.

1. In the Mail Merge Wizard, select Conditional mail merge
2. Click Next and select the condition field
3. Click Next. This brings up the table or rows of each of your letters.
4. Open the first letter and edit/create Word document.
5. In Word, click Add header. In the header, click Insert from the menu bar, and select the date/time field. Save and close the document.
