Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- In Configuration, click Promotion Schedules.
- Open the promotion schedule used in the Mark for Reenrollment Wizard.
- Verify the grade level to be promoted to has been associated with the school.
- Unmark the Graduate box for all grades that should have a Student Progression Entry added to their record.
- Create a Student Progression Entry for the previous year(s).
- Run the Mark for Reenrollment Wizard again.
