Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
 

  1. In Configuration, click Promotion Schedules. 
  2. Open the promotion schedule used in the Mark for Reenrollment Wizard. 
  3. Verify the grade level to be promoted to has been associated with the school
  4. Unmark the Graduate box for all grades that should have a Student Progression Entry added to their record. 
  5. Create a Student Progression Entry for the previous year(s). 
  6. Run the Mark for Reenrollment Wizard again.
