To delete a school record, select the school on the General page in Configuration and click Delete on the action bar.

Note: You cannot delete a school record if it is selected on a student, faculty/staff, course, room, conduct, or academic year record or status log entry. However, if a school is no longer needed, you can mark it as inactive.


To inactivate a school:

  1. On the Configuration page, click General.
  2. Select the appropriate school in the grid and click Open on the action bar.
  3. Mark the Inactive checkbox beside the School ID field.
  4. Click Save and Close.
