You may receive the following error when searching Case Central by case number or all cases: We're sorry, case #[number] is not available. Please try entering your case number again or search your organization's cases below.
The user is logged in as a user from a different site.
The default organization is set to a different site ID than the one for which the case was created.

Follow these steps:
Click my blackbaud and verify the contact information and site is correct.
If the incorrect user appears, click Sign out and log back into blackbaud.com with the correct credentials.
