The user is logged in as a user from a different site.
The default organization is set to a different site ID than the one for which the case was created.
Your analyst needs to complete the case process for your case to display on Case Central.
Follow these steps:
Click my blackbaud and verify the contact information and site is correct.
If the incorrect user appears, click Sign out and log back into blackbaud.com with the correct credentials.
