If you are on version 7.80.1122: Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable. 

If this is still an issue:

Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Ensure valid GL distributions are entered on the fund for the appropriate gift types.
  2. Set the date to display as mm/dd/yyyy:
    1. On the Windows taskbar, click Start, Settings, Control Panel.
    2. Double-click the Date/Time icon.
    3. Change the date format to mm/dd/yyyy.
    4. Click OK.
  3. Update/Repair the workstation experiencing the issue for both The Raiser's Edge and The Financial Edge to ensure the workstation is on the same version as the server.
