1. Click Admin, Security and click add New Group or edit an existing one
2. Mark Records and click the Options button
3. Unmark the Gifts, Actions (Constituents), Events, Actions (Events), Jobs (Events), and Participants (Events) checkboxes in the left frame
4. Click Constituent in the left frame and unmark Notes, Attributes, and Prospect for View in the right frame
5. Select the appropriate user(s) to be in this group
