- If Budget Management is installed, the budget has not been finalized, and transactions have not been posted to any periods in the Fiscal Year being changed:
The budget must be removed before the Fiscal Periods may be increased:
- If Budget Management is installed and the budget has been finalized, or if Budget Management is not installed:
Finalized Budgets cannot be edited and accounts cannot be deleted.
