If there are workstation issue or issues related to User Groups the following error message may occur when saving a payment or creating a new recurring invoice:
  • Error: AFN7_SC72 Run-time error 0
  • Error: ARTranU17 Run-time Error 0
  • Error: Run-time error 0: Automation error: The callee (server [not server application]) is not available and disappeared; all connections are invalid. The call may have executed.
  • Error: The AR clients UI7 Automation Error The callee (server [Not server application]) is not available; all connections are invalid. The call may have executed
Manually update/repair the workstation.

OR

Recreate the user group for the user receiving the error.

Contact Support and reference this article. 

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
