Try each of the following steps in the order until the issue is resolved:
- If another user has the same record open, have the user close the record.
- Exit and sign out of the program and reboot the workstation.
- Detach and re-attach the database by completing the following steps:
- Have all users exit and sign out of the program.
- Open the Blackbaud Management Console.
- Detach the database.
- Re-attach the database.
