- Reboot the workstation
- Recreate the saved parameters:
- Create a new report, report card, or transcript using the same parameters defined in the existing report
- Save the parameters with a new name
- If the new report, report card, or transcript runs successfully, delete the old saved parameters
- If using a query in the report, report card, or transcript, recreate the query from scratch and use the new query to filter the report, report card, or transcript
- Manually update the workstation, then reboot the workstation
- Add a new user name with the same security rights as the problem user in The Education Edge. If this corrects the issue, Delete the problem user name.
- Register all DLL files for The Education Edge
- Check the integrity of the database
- Rebuild indexes
- Update Statistics
- Uninstall and reinstall the workstation
