*Please note that if the time table is in use in previous academic years you will not be able to edit any information on it. If you have already copied your new academic year and course restrictions, faculty/staff restrictions, room restrictions, or course billing already exist using the new academic year, you will not be able to edit which time table you use.

To add the lunches:
  1. In Scheduling:
     
  2. In Configuration - Registrar Setup, open the timetable
     
  3. Select the Lunch tab
     
  4. Define lunches

    Note: If you need to change the selection in the Lunches will meet field, delete the rows in the grid to unlock the field
