A NetCommunity or Blackbaud Internet Solutions user with Supervisor access must perform these steps in order to add a new user to NetCommunity or Blackbaud Internet Solutions. Blackbaud Support cannot add new users on your behalf.

To add a new user to NetCommunity or Blackbaud Internet Solutions:
  1. Log into BBNC or BBIS
  2. Navigate to Users & Security > Users
    • Note: If Users & Security is not available on the blue bar, this indicates you are not logged in as a Supervisor user
  3. Click New User
  4. Enter a Login Name, Password, First and Last Name
  5. Mark the appropriate checkboxes for the user's Roles, or mark the box for This user has Supervisor rights and can manage Users and Roles at the top of the page
  6. Click Save
