In version 7.94 and higher:
To query on constituents with phone numbers marked as Do Not Contact:
  1. Create a constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Phones, Do Not Contact equals Yes
To query on constituents with specific preferred phone types marked as Do Not Contact:
  1. Create a constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, browse to and select the following fields:

    Phones > Phone Do Not Contact? equals Yes
    AND Phones > Phone Type equals <phone type>

    NOTE: Outputting address specific information in query can result in duplicates. If this occurs, see Why are there duplicates in the query results (includes demo)?

To query on constituents with phone numbers not marked as Do Not Contact:
  1. Create a constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Phones, Phone Type equals <type>
    AND Preferred Do Not Contact equals No
In version 7.93 and earlier versions:
To query on constituents with phone numbers marked as Do Not Contact:
 
  1. Create a constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Addresses, All Addresses, Phones, Do Not Contact equals Yes
To query on constituents with specific preferred phone types marked as Do Not Contact:
  1. Create a constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, browse to and select the following fields: 

     
    Addresses > Preferred Address > Preferred Phones > Preferred Phone Do Not Contact? equals Yes
    AND Addresses > Preferred Address > Preferred Phones > Preferred Phone Type equals <phone type>

To query on constituents with phone numbers not marked as Do Not Contact:
  1. Create a constituent query
  2. On the Criteria tab, select Preferred Phone Type equals [type]
