You can select the default font and font size for notes in Registrar's Office or Faculty Access for the Web. The default font is used when adding notes on the Notes tab of records and via import.Changing the Business rule for the font type and size does not retroactively change the font of existing notes. The default font and font size applies, unless it is changed when entering the note.
In Configuration, click Business Rules and highlight General from the list on the left.
In the section When creating a new note..., select the default font type and size.
