Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
 
     
    • Reboot the machine
    • Connect the machine to another part of the network or a different subnet
    • Manually release and renew the IP address of the machine
    • Flush the DNS entries of the machine
    • Enter the DNS name and IP address of the server to the affected workstations Hosts file
    • Reinstall TCP/IP
    • Reinstall the operating system
