Try each of the following steps in the order listed until the issue is resolved:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall Microsoft XML 4.0:
    1. Log into the workstation with a Windows User that has local administrator permissions.
    2. Uninstall the Microsoft XML 4.0 components from the affected workstation.
    3. Browse to the \ISSetupPrerequisites\Microsoft XML4 Components\ folder under your Deploy Kit.
    4. Run msxml.msi to reinstall the Microsoft XML 4.0 Components following the prompts to reinstall.
  2. Uninstall and Reinstall the Financial Edge or Education Edge.
