• In Mail, open the appropriate mailing parameters

    • If sorting by query, select a query for the mailing:

      1. On the General tab, click Include, Selected Records

      • On the Open screen, search for and select the query to sort the mailing by



      • On the Format tab, highlight Sort in the left panel and select Sort by the following fields

      • In the Available Fields box, select the field(s) to sort the mailing by. For example, to sort the mailing by a query, select Query. To sort the mailing alphabetically and then by zip code, select Alphabetical, then Zip Code.
