- In Mail, open the appropriate mailing parameters
- If sorting by query, select a query for the mailing:
- On the General tab, click Include, Selected Records
- On the Open screen, search for and select the query to sort the mailing by
- On the Format tab, highlight Sort in the left panel and select Sort by the following fields
- In the Available Fields box, select the field(s) to sort the mailing by. For example, to sort the mailing by a query, select Query. To sort the mailing alphabetically and then by zip code, select Alphabetical, then Zip Code.
