Install Crystal Reports locally to each workstation

If using terminal services:

Close all terminal sessions on the terminal server and stop any instances of CRW32.EXE running from any open session with the Citrix desktop

Note: Blackbaud does not support running Raiser's Edge 6 in a Citrix or terminal server environment
