Try each of the following steps in order until the error is resolved:
  1. Remove the currency filter
  2. Edit the gift printing $0. Change the receipt amount from $0 to the appropriate amount. To prevent this from reoccurring:
    1. Click Config, Business Rules
    2. Select Gift Options
    3. Select Activity Options
    4. Mark the When changing gift amount, automatically update Receipt Amount checkbox
    • Mark the option to Exclude zero amount gift:
      • Open the receipt parameters
      • Select the Gift Types tab
      • Check the option to Exclude zero amount gifts
