Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.

 
     
    • Create a participant query.
       
    • On the Criteria tab, select Events, Event name equals [the name of the event].
       
    • Save and close the query.
       
    • In Administration, click Globally Change Records.
       
    • Select Event, Participant and click New Change.
       
    • Click Include, Selected Records and select query created above
       
    • Select Participants, Invitation.
       
    • Select Add as the Operation.
       
    • Select the appropriate option in the Add field (Invite, Not invited, or Do not invite).
       
    • Mark the Overwrite existing value checkbox.
       
    • Click OK.
       
    • Click Change Now.
