- Always post your subsidiary modules in detail (i.e. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Receipts, Payroll, Student Billing). This allows checking off the individual transactions when reconciling.
- Enter adjustments from the bank as journal entries.
- Manually reconcile on a spread sheet the balance per books to the balance per bank. Make adjustments where needed.
- Mark the cleared checks/deposits in the Bank Accounts Module as cleared.
