1. Open the Constituent record and select the Bio 1 tab

  2. Ensure that the appropriate option has been marked on the constituent's record such as deceased, inactive, or no valid address
  3. Open the mailing/export parameters

  4. Ensure that the Include these Constituents box has the appropriate items unmarked

Note: A checkmark should only be present for the records that are supposed to be included in the mailing or export


Ensure there is not a duplicate record in the database not marked as inactive, deceased, or no valid address
