1. Select Database, Set Location, Set Location from the menu bar
2. Change Files of Type to all files
3. Highlight the mdb file
4. Click Open
5. Say Yes to change Access MDB locations
6. Click Done
7. Select Database, Verify Database from the menu bar
8. Click OK to the Database is Up to date message
9. Select Database, Visual Linking Expert from the menu bar
10. Click OK to the message that comes up and then click Tables
11. Select add Data File, Highlight your mdb file and click Add
12. Select the table that is missing and click OK
13. Click Done on the Add Data File box
14. Make sure that the new table is in the Visible Table box and click OK
15. Click Smart Linking and then click OK
16. Click Insert Fields and the table should now be available for selection.
