Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Export in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format
  2. Open the data file or the records that are being exported and ensure that all dates are properly formatted. Note: Microsoft Excel does not recognize dates earlier than 1/1/1900. Refer to Microsoft's Article ID: 223225 for additional information.
  3. Recreate the Export
  4. If client is hosted: Delete files from hosting files folder    See hosting file folder information:​ 
    1. On the file receiving the message > Click File < Save As
    2. Follow the file path to find files that need to be deleted
    3. Check the box beside the file
    4. Click delete
