2. Open the file in a text format like Word or Notepad (not Excel)
3. Highlight and copy addresses
4. Open Outlook, and go to Tools, Options, E-Mail Options button on Preferences tab, Advanced email Options button
5. Mark Allow Comma as Address Separator
6. Paste addresses in the BCC address block
Note: If using Windows 2003, copy the email addresses from Excel and paste them into the BCC field. to prevent the quotation marks from being included.
