When managing records in the database, users will sometimes want to create a query of their possible duplicate records.
In version 7.91 and below
1. Go to Config - Business Rules 2. Select Duplicates - Individual or Organization 3. Select the fields that each record will have to have the same in order to be considered duplicates
4. Go to Admin - Duplicate Constituents 5. Select Create output query of duplicate records 6. Click on Run Report Now
In version 7.92 and higher, it is no longer available to create an output query.
1. Create a new constituent query. 2. Select the Criteria, as needed for the records (example: Key Indicator equals Individual). 3. Select the Output, as needed for the records (example: First Name, Last Name, Address Lines) 4. Export results to Excel. 5. Sort records in Excel by the name or address to locate duplicates
