Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.


1. Make a Constituent, Static query of the records in the database that have the table entry that you wish to replace

2. In Administration, select the field, operator should be replace   

3. Replace the old value with the new value.  Click OK

4. Indicate whether you want a control report, exception query, or changed record query

5. Click Change Now
 


Note: When globally change every instance of a table entry, such as after a conversion, you can use the Table Cleanup Wizard located in Configuration, Tables instead.
