There are times when adjusting the precheck report parameters are needed to change what the report will show for verifying payments.
1. In Accounts Payable, select Tools, Options from the menu bar. 2. Select the Records tab. 3. Select the Payment, Create Payment option. 4. Select Always use this parameter file from the When previewing or printing pre-payment report from Create Payments drop-down menu. 5. If the appropriate report parameters do not exist, click Add New. 6. On the General tab, select the date range for the payments. 7. On the Filters tab, choose selected for the filters that you want to use. 8. Save and close the report. 9. Select the report parameter that was created and click Select. 10. Click Apply, then click OK.
