- In the Donor Category report parameters, select the Format tab
- In the left frame, select Detail
- Mark the Use Selected Categories checkbox
- Move the appropriate categories from the Available Categories frame to the Include These Categories frame
- Set up donor categories in Configuration to include only the categories of interest
Note: If constituents do not fall into one of the categories of the report, they are not excluded. Instead, they are listed as Unknown. To exclude these constituents, include a query of constituents who have given within the range of interest.
- On the Format tab of the report, select Detail
- Mark the Print each category on a new page checkbox
