Follow each of the steps below, until the issue is resolved:

  1. Ensure all pledges with applied pledge payments are included on the Campaign Progress report
  2. Ensure both reports are pulling from the same constituent code hierarchy. To check this, go to the Filters tab, and click the binoculars beside selected Constituent Codes. Make sure the 'Use constituent code from' and 'Base constituent code hierarchy on' fields match in both reports.
