• In the Mail parameters, select the Org. Address tab
    • Mark Mail to Contacts
    • Click the Contact button
    • Mark the Print one for each contact found checkbox to send to multiple contacts or unmark it to send to one contact
    • If you want to send to specific contact types only, mark the Include Selected Contact Types Only checkbox and select the appropriate contact types
    • Click OK
    • Enter the rest of the parameters, as appropriate
    • Click Export... or Merge... to process the letters
