    Create a Fund Comparison Summary Report.

    Create a Pivot Report.

    OR

    • Run the Comparisons and Summaries Report.
    • On the Fields tab, select Gift fund as the Field to Use and select the funds.
    • Select the periods to compare on the Report Periods tab. 
      1. Create a new Constituent export.
      2. On the Output tab, select the following fields:
        1. *Summary Information, Gifts, Total Gift Amount. The Gifts Criteria screen
          appears.
          • On the General tab, select the specific date range.
          • On the Filters tab, select one of the specific funds.
          • Select OK.
      3. In the right frame, highlight the name of the export so you can export the total amount field multiple times with different criteria.
        1. Select: Summary Information, Gifts, Total Gift Amount. The Gifts Criteria screen appears.
          • On the General tab, select the specific date range.
          • On the Filters tab, select the other specific fund.
          • Select OK.
      4. Repeat step 3 for each different date range needed.
      5. Click Export Now.
      6. Browse to the file location and enter a file name.
      7. Click Save.
