Note: Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup solution.


1. Click Administration, Globally Change Records, Membership, New Change

2. Choose either All or Selected Memberships

3. Under Available Fields, highlight and select Print Renewals

4. Select Replace as the Operation

5. The Replace value is Unchecked (or Checked when unmarking the box)

6. The With value is Checked (or Unchecked when unmarking the box)

7. Click OK

8. Click Change Now
