To add Dinner Preference options to the Event record:
  1. Open the Event record.
  2. From the Menu bar, select Event>Menu.
  3. Under Options, add each Dinner Preference option. 
  4. Click OK.
To add the Dinner Preference to the Participant record:
  1. Open the Participant record.
  2. Select the General tab,
  3. Click More Info.
  4. Select the desired value in the Dinner Preference dropdown.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Save and close the Participant record.
To Report on Dinner Preference for all Participants for one Event:
  1. Create a new Dinner Preferences Report
  2. On the General tab, in the Report on Event field, select the Event.
  3. Select all other desired parameters. 
  4. Click Preview to run the report.
