Follow these steps based on the type of computer you're using, Windows or Mac: 

If you use a Windows operating system (Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10) with Citrix:

  1. With the hosted application open, right-click the Citrix icon in the system tray User-added image (a black icon with white semi- circles found near the date and time).
  2. Click Connection Center
  3. In the active connections list, note the name of the application server (e.g. D2PCXFRM001).

 

If you do not see Connection Center when right-clicking the Citrix Icon, please follow below steps. Also, please consider updating Citrix Receiver:

  1. Right-click on the Citrix Receiver notification icon User-added image
  2. Select About
  3. In the About Citrix Receiver Window that opens, click on the word "Advanced".
  4. Click Connection Center
  5. In the active connections list, note the name of the application server (e.g. D2PCXFRM001).

Note: In order for this option to be available, the program must be open.

If you use a Macintosh (OS X) operating system:

  1. Click Citrix Viewer on the dock so the Citrix Viewer appears in the toolbar on the top left corner.
  2. Click on Citrix Viewer in the top left corner of toolbar.
  3. Select 'About Citrix Viewer':
