Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

 

     
    • In Administration, click Globally change records
    • Select Students or Applicants and click New Change
    • Expand Student or Applicant, select Advisor and using an operator of Add or Replace, search for the faculty member
    • Under the Filters tab, select appropriate students/applicants, current statuses, current grades or attributes
    • Preview the changes
    • Select Change now
