Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
- In Administration, click Globally change records
- Select Students or Applicants and click New Change
- Expand Student or Applicant, select Advisor and using an operator of Add or Replace, search for the faculty member
- Under the Filters tab, select appropriate students/applicants, current statuses, current grades or attributes
- Preview the changes
- Select Change now
