Initial Carryover is any attendance balance that is carried over from previous payroll system. This amount plus attendance that has accrued in Blackbaud will be the total attendance available. The Initial carryover column is only available for editing on the first attendance plan entered on the employee's record.

  • If entering the first attendance plan on an employee's record and the Initial Carryover column is yellowed out, enter a date in the Effective date field and tab down to the grid.  The column will become available.

  • If entering an additional attendance plan on an employee, the Initial Carryover column will be yellowed out.
