Select to associate a billing status with one of these three statuses:
- Active: New activity may be added to the record and the record will appear in record searches by default.
- Inactive: New activity may not be added and the record will be omitted from searching by default, but by changing the drop-downs in the search window you can still locate these records through search.
- On Hold: New activity may or may not be added depending on the Business Rules settings in Configuration, Business Rules, Student. Records with a status that of On Hold still appear in searches by default.
