Search Status returns as Failed

When performing a  WealthPoint search, you may receive the following error:

"Error processing request: Search Failed. WealthPoint search failed"

  1. Ensure your search completely processes before submitting any additional searches. If after an hour the search status still shows as processing, delete the search and submit a new search.
  2. Try the search again during non-peak Internet traffic hours 
  3. If a group search fails:
    1. Make sure less than 200 Prospects have been submitted at any one time. 
    2. Try the search again during non-peak Internet traffic hours 
    3. Reduce the number of records in the Prospect Group and submit again
      This can be done by going into the Prospect Group > Criteria > Biographical > Last Name begins with [letters]
      For example, to restrict the group to only A-L last names your Criteria would look like this: Last Name begins with [A-L]
  4. Temporarily remove the prospect's address information and search using only the prospect's name (Only if performing a PeopleFinder or PhoneFinder search)
